Welcome to The Ellison Edit! By accessing or using our website (theellisonedit.com), purchasing our digital products, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Overview
The Ellison Edit offers digital party and event planning assets including but not limited to invitations, signage, menus, checklists, and planning guides. All products are digital downloads; no physical items will be shipped.
2. Use of Products
All products are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or use any item from The Ellison Edit for commercial purposes without written consent. Modifying and distributing any file or template without permission is strictly prohibited.
3. Purchases & Payments
All sales are final. Due to the instant access nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations. Please read each listing thoroughly before purchasing.

4. Custom Orders
We accept custom design requests when scheduling allows. Pricing, timelines, and revision policies will be discussed and agreed upon in writing before work begins. All custom order sales are also final and non-refundable.
5. Third-Party Tools (Canva, Corjl, etc.)
Some products are editable using third-party platforms such as Canva or Corjl. You are responsible for creating a free account with these platforms (if required) and following the instructions provided in your download. The Ellison Edit is not liable for outages, limitations, or changes made to third-party platforms.
6. Affiliate Links
We may use affiliate links on our website, blog, or social media. This means we may earn a small commission if you purchase through those links, at no extra cost to you. We only share products we genuinely use and love. Affiliate links will always be clearly disclosed.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including graphics, logos, designs, text, and digital products—is the property of The Ellison Edit and protected under U.S. copyright laws. Unauthorized use or duplication is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to ensure your satisfaction, but The Ellison Edit will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use—or inability to use—our products. We do not guarantee that our products will meet your individual expectations or function perfectly in every environment.
