Have a birthday idea you cannot quite bring to life—or need help coming up with the perfect theme? This custom invitation service is designed to turn your ideas, inspiration and child’s personality into a one-of-a-kind birthday invitation created just for your celebration.

Your custom order includes:

✨ A Custom Party Theme
Bring me a theme you already have in mind, or share a few details about the birthday child and I will develop a clever, personalized theme name for you.

🎨 A Custom Color Palette
Your invitation will be designed using a color palette chosen specifically for your party, whether you already know the colors you love or need help creating the perfect combination.

📝 A Detailed Design Questionnaire
After purchase, you will complete a questionnaire covering the birthday child’s personality, favorite things, party details, preferred style, colors and inspiration. The more detail you provide, the more personal the final design can feel.

💌 Three Invitation Concepts
You will receive three custom invitation mockups to review. Each option will be thoughtfully designed around the information provided in your questionnaire.

🔄 One Additional Design Option
If none of the original three concepts feel right, you may request one completely new invitation design.

✏️ Unlimited Edits to Your Chosen Design
Once you select your favorite concept, you may request as many reasonable edits as needed to finalize the invitation. Edits may include changes to wording, colors, fonts, layout and design details.

Please note that edits apply to the selected design and do not include unlimited completely new concepts or full theme changes.

📥 Final Digital Download
Once the design is approved, you will receive a high-resolution digital file of your completed invitation, ready to download, print, text or email to your guests.

Turnaround Time

Your first three invitation design concepts will be delivered within 3–5 business days after your completed questionnaire, party details and any requested inspiration photos have been received.

The turnaround time does not begin on the purchase date unless all required information has also been submitted. Revision timing will depend on the number and complexity of the requested changes.

Design Usage & Privacy

By purchasing this custom design service, you acknowledge that The Ellison Edit retains ownership of the final invitation design and reserves the right to resell, display and advertise the design on its website, online shop, portfolio and social media platforms.

Your privacy will always be protected. Before the design is displayed or offered for resale, all personal information will be removed or replaced with sample details. This includes names, photographs, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, party dates, locations, RSVP information and any other identifying information provided for your custom order.

Please Note

This is a custom digital product. No physical invitation will be mailed. Custom design work begins after the completed questionnaire and all required party details have been received. Due to the personalized nature of this service, custom orders are nonrefundable once the design process has started.
